The information in this section has been prepared for your use in determining the capacities and flexibility of our banquet, meeting space and convention facilities in relation to your specific event requirements. The compilation of this information is based upon experience from a variety of actual meetings, conventions and banquets held at our property over the past years.
Assumptions
- The measurement of 20” square was utilized to represent all chairs
- A distance of 2” between chairs and 24” between rows was used for theater style
- 8’ x 18” or 6’ x 18” tables were used to determine capacities for classroom style, with 3 persons per 6’ table and 4 persons per 8’ table; distance between rows of tables is 36”.

Some meeting rooms contain columns; capacities above allow for setup without site-line obstructions from columns; Multiple rooms can be combined but capacities may or may not be able to be added to increase seating.

This bi-level suite is on the 14th and 15th floor with 150-person capacity on a flow basis, refrigerators, full wet bar with ice-maker, Jacuzzi tub, one master bedroom and six optional bedrooms.
