The course, perennially ranked among Golf Digest’s top 10 courses in the country, is known for its natural beauty, rolling terrain, glistening brooks and ponds, lush gardens and mature trees. The visual elements, spectacular waterfalls and course design lend to astonishing views.
Shadow Creek re-opened in December 2008 following a seven-month enhancement project overseen by original course architect Tom Fazio. The course’s tees and greens were rebuilt and reseeded, the irrigation system was upgraded and a new world-class short-game area was created, intended to reflect the diverse and intriguing shot values evident throughout the course.
